| What does the set up fee include? The set up fee is charged once and includes your initial domain registration or transfer, web site design, building your web site, and hosting for the current month. You need to supply the art work and content for your site. |
What does the monthly fee include? Everything. Each payment plan includes your domain registration renewals, web site hosting, maintenance and support, and email maintenance and support. Fees are payable monthly in advance. |
| Are there per user fees? No. The prices you see are all inclusive, and are the same for everyone. The only time we will charge you extra is if you exceed your disk space or monthly traffic allowance. |
Can I change plans at any time? Yes. Simply notify Doccio of your intention to change, and we’ll help you choose the plan best suited to your needs. |
